You can see your full Readiness Check result without giving us anything. No email, no login, no account. The form at the end is optional and exists only to send you a copy.
When we email you a report, it contains a small invisible image that tells us whether the message was opened and whether a link was clicked. We use this to learn which version of the report is more useful — nothing more. Many email programs block it automatically, and blocking it doesn't affect anything you receive from us.
We don't use your information to build advertising profiles, and we don't feed it to ad networks.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have never done either, and we do not accept money to hand your details to anyone.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it. If our business is ever sold or merged, information may transfer with it — and we'll say so here before that takes effect.
We keep Readiness Check submissions while there's a reason to — an open conversation, or an active client relationship — and then we remove them. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will.
Privacy laws differ by state, and some of these rights are legally guaranteed only in certain places. We extend all of them to everyone, in every state. It's simpler, and you shouldn't get less privacy because of your zip code.
To use any of these, email yohan@dealershiptechpro.com or call 707-695-9500. We'll confirm we got it and respond within 45 days — usually much faster. We may need to verify you're the person the information belongs to. You can use an authorized agent.
Most of what we collect is business contact information — your work email, your title, your store. Some states, California among them, treat that as personal information just like anything else. So do we. The rights above apply to your work details, not only your personal ones.
Any of these works, and none of them requires a form:
We act on email opt-outs within 10 business days, and on phone opt-outs immediately. We keep a permanent internal do-not-contact list so the request sticks — that record is the only thing we retain about you afterward, and only so we don't contact you again by mistake.
No system is perfectly secure, and we won't pretend otherwise. If a breach ever affected your information, we would notify you as the law requires.
This is a tool for dealership professionals. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be called out here rather than slipped in quietly.
